Overview
The goal of this knowledge article is to clarify whether it is possible to prevent an API token from expiring.

Solution
The API token has a 30-day expiry time. This value can not be changed.
However, if the token is used, the expiration timer is reset each time, so the token will remain available. Once marked as expired, the token cannot be used and will not appear under Security > API > API tokens. Expired tokens cannot be activated. If there are applications or programs using the expired API token, it needs to be replaced with a new one.
