Solution

Users who are assigned an app will receive an app profile with a unique username for that specific app. The same username can be assigned to multiple Okta users who have access to the app. For instance, a shared social media account can be created as a Secure Web Authentication (SWA) app with the option Users share a single username and password set by administrator enabled.
