How an Admin Can Update the Phone Number Associated When Working with Okta Support

This article outlines the steps for an admin to self-service and update the phone number associated with their contact when working with Okta Support.

Solution
  1. In the Okta Admin Console, click the ? icon and then click Help Center.

Resources

  1. Click Get Support in the lower-right corner, and choose Open a Case.

Open a case 

  1. Under the Contact Information section, update the phone number in the Preferred Contact Number field. 

    Contact Information

    1. Click on Open case. The phone number entered will now be associated with that contact when working with Okta Support.
