This article outlines the steps for an admin to self-service and update the phone number associated with their contact when working with Okta Support.

- Update Admin contact phone number
- In the Okta Admin Console, click the ? icon and then click Help Center.
- Click Get Support in the lower-right corner, and choose Open a Case.
- Under the Contact Information section, update the phone number in the Preferred Contact Number field.
- Click on Open case. The phone number entered will now be associated with that contact when working with Okta Support.
