Overview
There is no built-in function to list all applications in an Okta tenant. This article explains how to export an application list using the Rockstar extension for Chrome.

Ensure the Rockstar browser extension is installed.

In the Okta Admin Console, go to Applications > Applications.

Select the Rockstar extension menu located in the upper-left corner of the browser.

Select Export Apps (custom).

Select the properties to export.

To export only active applications, enter the following string in the query field:
filter=status%20eq%20%22ACTIVE%22 -
Click Export.
NOTE: Rockstar is an unofficial extension that was not created by Okta. If the extension is not working correctly Okta Support cannot troubleshoot the extension itself.
