Overview
Provisioning users from Okta into Slack will fail with the following error message:
Errors during execution: Error executing checkUserExists: Unauthorized. Errors reported by the connector : {"Errors":{"description":"invalid_authentication","code":401}}. Error Code: null

Cause
The API Integration token acquired from Slack is either expired, or the API Credentials have been changed and are now invalid.
Solution
To fix this issue, please re-authenticate with valid API credentials by following these steps:

Access the Okta Admin Console.

Go to Applications > Slack.

Click the Provisioning tab.

Go to API Integration, click Edit.

Click Re-authenticate with Slack, and then complete the authentication process in Slack.
