After setting up the Okta Identity Cloud Add-on for Splunk, the following error may be seen when testing for data:
Failed to establish a new connection
- Okta Identity Cloud Add-on for Splunk
- Make sure that https:// is excluded in the configuration of the add-on, for example, company.okta.com.
- Restart Splunk services.
