Overview
Application sign-on policies and rules can be exported using the Rockstar browser extension's "Export App Sign On Policies (experimental)" function.

Download the Rockstar browser plugin.

In the Okta Admin Dashboard, navigate to Applications > Applications.

In the Rockstar overlay, click on Export App Sign-On Policies (experimental).
This will export and download a CSV that includes all the tenant's applications. The policies and rules will be found in the 8th (H - policies) column.
