The rate limit dashboard provides insight into each API's usage and helps investigate potential rate limit issues. This knowledge article details how to view the rate limit dashboard.

1. Access the Admin Console.
2. Navigate to Reports > Rate Limits.

When a rate limit violation takes place, notifications are provided through the following methods, and the rate limits dashboard can be accessed from the link in the notification:

• A rate limit email is sent indicating that a rate limit has been reached for an endpoint. By clicking View utilization history in the email, navigate to the rate limits dashboard and System Log for that specific endpoint.
• A rate limit is reached while in the Admin Console, and a banner displays to provide this information. Clicking on Utilization history in the banner will open the rate limits dashboard for that specific endpoint, while selecting "syslog" will open the System Log.
• A rate limit warning or violation is encountered and a rate limit event (either violation or warning) is recorded in the System Log. From there, by clicking on View Utilization under Event info, the rate limits dashboard can be accessed. All the rate limit events in the System Log (violations and warnings) have a link to the rate limit dashboard.

For Administrators who require a clear and accurate view of their organization's API rate limits to effectively manage integrations, monitor usage, and prevent hitting performance thresholds, the API tab will display a table of API endpoints. The Rate Limit column shows the effective rate limit per minute for each endpoint, specific to the organization.
