DocuSign API authentication fails with the following error visible in the Okta dashboard:
Verification failed: Provided admin user is not a member of account

Cause
Solution
When a DocuSign sandbox environment is used, then the instance type should be set to Demo instead of Production under the General tab of the DocuSign Okta Application.
