Solution
- Log in to the Okta Admin Console and navigate to Security > Global Session Policy.

Locate the policy in question, click the Edit button in the policy rule, and enable Persist session cookies across browser sessions.

When logging in, the Keep me signed in option must be checked.
NOTE: If Agentless Desktop Single Sign On (ADSSO) is enabled, this box cannot be checked, as the login will be automatic via Kerberos using ADSSO.
