This article provides steps for changing the IWA service account or updating its password in Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS).

1. Open IIS Manager on the IWA agent server.
2. Expand the menu on the left and select Application Pools.
3. Right-click OktaIWA and select Advanced Settings...
4. Select Identity and then click the three-ellipse button that appears to the right of the username.
5. Update the information and press Save.
6. Restart the Application Pool.
