How is a self-service password reset performed for staged Okta users?
Okta does not allow self-service password resets for staged users because the users are not fully activated or provisioned. The user cannot perform a self-service password reset until Okta fully provisions the user in downstream applications.
Follow these steps to perform a self-service password reset once Okta fully provisions the staged user:

Navigate to the Okta sign-in page.
