This article discusses whether it is possible to schedule a full import from Active Directory (AD) or LDAP.

Solution
Active Directory does not support scheduled full imports. For LDAP, both full and incremental schedule imports are available. If the 'Incremental import' option is disabled for an LDAP instance, the scheduled import must be set to full import.
Full imports must be run manually by selecting the Directory instance under Directory > Directory Integrations, selecting the Import tab, and clicking Import Now.
