Solution

What are the steps to add multiple users to a group using a CSV file?

Add multiple users to a group by downloading the Comma-Separated Values (CSV) template, populating it with existing user identifiers, and importing the file into the target group within the Okta Admin Console.

  1. Select the target group in the Okta Admin Console.
  2. Select Assign People.

  7. Upload the CSV file, and select Import and assign when the confirmation message "CSV file parsed successfully" appears.
