Box provisioning flow fails with the following error visible in the Okta dashboard:
Automatic provisioning of user <user> to app Box failed: Could not create new user. 409 - User with the specified login already exists.

- Please open a support case with Box support for Box product configuration assistance. Box Support Team can assist in checking if the impacted User with the specified login already exists and resolve the issue from Box platform.

After confirming that the issue is fixed on the Box side, attempt the user provisioning again. Go to Okta Admin Console and navigate to Dashboard > Tasks. Any failed assignments should appear under Tasks.

After identifying the failed task for the user that should be retried, click on Retry Selected.
