Cause
- The option to auto-launch the application was enabled after the users were assigned to the app.
- Application visibility is set to Do not display application to users.
Solution
Depending on the cause, the solution is either to unassign the user/users from the app and re-assign them while the Automatically log in when the user lands on login page is enabled, or uncheck the Do not display application icon to users option from the General tab. The mentioned options are under the General tab of the App Settings in Okta.
