The Atlassian integration has provisioning enabled, and it is set to push groups on the app side. When renaming Okta groups that are configured as push groups in the Atlassian integration, the app group does not get renamed on the application side.

A new group must be created and pushed every time the name must be changed.
Existing Atlassian groups cannot be linked, and they will not be displayed if they were created in Atlassian instead of being pushed from Okta.
Furthermore, unlinking a group previously pushed from Okta does not enable management within Atlassian Cloud. This is a limitation of the Atlassian Cloud.
