Atlassian Cloud push group fails with the following error:

Please validate the users listed in the Okta system log error message for the affected Push Group :
- They have active Atlassian accounts.
- Their External ID on the application assignment in Okta matches the value.
- Their account was not updated or changed on the Atlassian side.

After validation and fixing the listed users, go to Okta Admin Console, navigate to Applications > Atlassian Cloud > Push Groups, and attempt the group push again.
