- Open Status
- Requests that are pending user action.
- Requests will appear in Requests > Inbox with an "Open" filter for the user for whom it is pending action.
- Requests will appear in Requests > All with an "Open" filter for users in the team where the request is pending action.
- Requests without Mark as done automatically? enabled will appear in "Open" and "Done" as it is pending the user to Mark as Done, but there are no further tasks.
- Pending Status
- An optional status that can be changed during the process by any user with access to the request.
- Requests will appear in Requests > Inbox with a "Pending" filter for any users who are Pending Action on the request (for example, the next approver).
- Requests will appear in Requests > All with a "Pending" filter for the user who moved the request to Pending status.
- For time-based approvals, the request will auto-move to "Pending" if there are no further user actions after the "Wait Until" period.
- Requests will appear in a user's "Open" and "Pending" inbox if it is pending the user's action
- Done Status

- Requests are manually or automatically Marked as Done once all tasks have been completed.
