When configuring the Jellyfish app, performing Test Configuration displays the following error:
Page not found (404)
We couldn't find the resource you were looking for.
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Jellyfish application
- Okta Integration Network (OIN)
The Company Slug is not configured, which causes a 404 error.
- Navigate to the Jellyfish app within the Okta Admin console.
- Click on the Sign On tab.
- Within Settings, click Edit.
- Scroll down to Advanced Sign-on Settings.
- Paste the slug from Jellyfish into the Company Slug field.
- Click Save.
