Someone keeps sending me sms sign in codes from this company I’m trying to figure out why who’s using my phone number or what account my phone number has been added to so I can see what’s really going on here

Do you have an account with a company that uses Okta for authentication? There a may companies that use Okta for the authentication process and to secure the login to their application.
Unfortunately from our side we do not a way to locate to which company you might have an account with or where that SMS is coming from.

Hello @MichaelG.42569 (Customer) There could be a number of companies you could have an account with that might not be aware of, as they use Okta to secure the login into their service and for Multifactor authentication, that beeing said from our side there is not much in this case. You can currently ignore the SMS if you have not initiated any login attempt.
