dkcn6 (dkcn6) asked a question.
We are trying to connect Sentinel to pull logs from Okta.
Using the Create App Integration wizard we are selecting API Services but when trying to name the "New API Services App Integration" it's not saving....
Should we be using the using the Security ->API->Create token instead for something like this? If so, how do we get around the DUO MFA for an Admin Service Account that would be used to create the token?
*Edit... we are using the free version
Thank you!
-Alex

Hello @dkcn6 (dkcn6) , thank you for contacting Okta Community.
The name shouldn't be the issue. Rather, it looks like you may need an API token. You can read more about those here:
Manage Okta API tokens
In alignment with the Okta Secure Identity Commitment, Okta is requiring customers to use multifactor authentication (MFA) to access their Okta Admin Console. MFA is an effective tool to protect against identity attacks and it is mandatory for all admin accounts.
We recommend reviewing the Frequently Asked Questions article on this subject.

I am having the exact same issue - trying to create a new API Services App Integration in my Dev tenant and it will not save the name and let me proceed. Any suggestions?
Hello @3wzf2 (3wzf2) , have you looked through the resources I've linked above? An API token could solve the issue.
Regards.
