Hello,
I wanted to activate Device Authorization Flow in our organization but have trouble making it work in our org.
My short question is, does it only work if you pay for the API Access Management which includes the custom Authorization feature?

There should not be an issue if you have API AM enabled, however Device Authorization is only supported for use with a native application. Please see our doc on the config below:
