Hi Team,
Do you know if we can create an saml assertion using okta API?
I couldnt find an API for it.
I would need this, so I can send the assertion to my ISP to get the token for ISP provided API calls.

I think not SAML but OIDC and it is access token for OAuth2.0, which can use api call with Okta core API.
