**Description:**
Hello Okta Community,
I'm facing a "Forbidden" error during Sophos ZTNA RDP setup. Sophos support suggests it might be an Okta authentication issue. Any guidance on resolving this?
**Environment:**
- Sophos ZTNA: license activated
- Firewall: XG
- Okta: [Trial] - https://trial-7326923.okta.com
**Issue:**
Completed ZTNA setup, but Forbidden error accessing RDP resources.
**Questions:**
1. Any similar experiences?
2. Okta settings to check for RDP access?
