How Zscaler application is counted in Okta Cloud Connect?

Okta Cloud Connect is free for one Zscaler application
I'm using both Zscaler Intenet Access (ZIA), Admin Login and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
- This considered as three applications or one application in regard to Okta Cloud Connect (OCC) 's license?
- Currently, we requested the trial tenant via https://www.okta.com/free/zscaler/. How to convert it to the commercial tenant ? And for the previous SAML/Provisioning integration, is it still working ? for example, changing trial domain to commerical domain .
- If we are using OCC with Okta Verify (Mobile app 2FA), will it cost any license?
