cqznl (cqznl) asked a question.
Android App or Okta servers have been hacked. Okta Verify app is sending push notifications from somebody claiming to be tiffani. I do not know anybody named tiffani. Okta, recommend you immediately check your server logs for tiffani and try to understand what is going on. And by the way, Okta, it is insane we have to report this defect to you here through a community forum (which you disavow). Your support email address (which you provide in the Android app) is dead and you have no contact options except for an 800 number. Pull it together Okta.

Hello @cqznl (cqznl) Thank you for reacting out to our Community!
We are sorry to hear this. While Okta provides the Okta Verify app, individual account management is handled by your company or service provider.
Please reach out to your company's or service provider's IT support or Help Desk so they can further investigate and provide further assistance.
If you are an admin, we recommend to open a case with Support and have this further investigated
