Hi,
I scanned the QR code provided to me when I tried to log into workday for the first time, but was met with some issue. When I tried to log in properly, I tried to send the push notification to my phone but nothing came up.
Upon further inspection, my account has not been added to the okta verify app at all?
On my computer I can see that it is attempting to send the push notification to "Sam's Iphone", the correct device, but nothing is happening.
Please help me with this, it's rather urgent.

If you have some other authenticator , you can login into your okta dashboard from their you can reset okta verify ,
Step to reset from the dashboard :
otherwise you have to reach out to the org administrator to reset the authenticator for you.
