New to Okta because my company started using the service. After signing up, I noticed that the app was calling me by the nickname I only use with friends and family. Is there a data privacy policy I could review? Or an place where I can submit a formal ticket for that information? Thanks, community!

I would definitely recommend you reach out to your IT department within your company as they have full control over the data and attributes associated with your Okta account. They are most likely creating and managing your account with information passed from the HR system, but you should reach out to them for confirmation using your internal system.
