I need access on to my okta account but I can't at the moment since Okta is linked to a device which is lost and it requests verification on that device. I can't login anywhere on Okta to remove or add my account onto the new device. How can I resolve my issue?

If that's the only authenticator you have configured (besides your password), you will have to contact your Okta administrator to have it reset for you. To prevent this situation from happening again, I would recommend that you enroll in more than one factor/authenticator - on different platforms - so that the loss of one device does not prevent you from signing in and resetting it yourself.
