Can you select the browser for Okta Mobile to open an App in? Specifically, I want Okta to Open Salesforce in Safari because Salesforce Lightning is only available on the Safari Browser for iPad.

Thank you for reaching out on the Okta community page!
I have done some research and I couldn't manage to find a way in which you could select the browser for the Okta Mobile app, therefore I would assume that you could file a feature request in order for this functionality to be added. The best way to file a feature request would be from the community side.
Once feature requests are submitted they are visible to other Okta admins, who can vote on them to provide more visibility. Using this method will allow you to maintain visibility on your feature requests throughout the process.
