We have see documentation on how Okta can integrate and work with MDM platforms, such as VMWare and Intune. We are planning to implement Google Workspace Endpoint Management after onboarding Google Workspace onto Okta and are looking to see if you have any documentation or insights into how best to integrate/ use these two solutions together?

The MDM solution does not seem to be part of it yet, but you can suggest it on the Okta Community page by going to the Community→ Ideas tab. Features suggested in our community are reviewed and can be voted and commented on by other members. High popularity will increase the likelihood of it being picked up by the Product Team and it being implemented.
