    Thanks for posting.

     

    RPA == robotic process automation. e.g. screen based automation processes. So adding in MFA Okta Verify push, will be on another device.

     

    One option would be for an MFA exception to be made for the login account that RPA is using.

     

    Use a much stronger password for the account and don't share it. another would be to provide a Security Question as MFA factor, that will appear on the screen that the RPA could be configured to work with.
