We have encountered an issue whereby when a user logs into OKTA on one of our loan devices (chromebook) and then returns the device for someone else to use, the next person to use is then able to log in as the previous person as the details have been remembered. We are using OKTA through Citrix Workspace and so far the only way to resolve this is to uninstall and reinstall Citrix Workspace from the chromebook, which, although it doesn't take long, is a bit of a pain to have to do every time a user returns a device.

There are too many variables conditions such as Browsers session, OS, and even the flow.
We recommend you open a case to Okta support because we will need a more detailed description of your environment in order to provide you with a proper answer on this.
