     Sorry for the trouble! Check your device to confirm that these conditions are met:

     

    A) The device time is set to Automatic.

    B) Your network connection is stable.

    C) To set up Okta Verify for the first time, go to your computer to obtain the QR code. Open the email with your organization's sign-in instructions and click the sign-in link. On the dashboard, click your name > Settings > Okta Verify Set up. The QR code is displayed on your computer. On your phone, open Okta Verify, click Add Account, and scan the QR code. For set-up instructions, go to https://help.okta.com/okta_help.htm?type=eu&id=csh-ov-setup-android

    D) Ensure that battery optimization settings don’t restrict Okta Verify from functioning.
