I received an email from okta saying that a new email was created for me to use, and at no time did I request a new email. I use the -email bruno.pereira@engie.com and I was informed by okta that a new email was created bruno.pereira1@engie.com and that all requests will go to this new email. How should I proceed ?

I would recommend you to reach the IT department of your organization, they should be able to let you know about the change.
As well it would be good if you can let us know the email address of the sender.
