My company just instituted Okta verify for signing in to Salesforce. The duration that a code is live is extremely short. Bu the time I have the code on Okta on my phone is is almost expired by the time I am able to enter it into Salesforce. Is the time of the validity of the code adjustable?

Hi Kurt.
Are you talking about using the Okta Verify One-Time Password (OTP) each time you're asked to provide an MFA response to sign in to Salesforce? The one that changes every 30 seconds? Or is this an SMS code sent to your phone for MFA?
Because Okta Verify OTP isn't actually sent to your phone; if you open the app you'll see that it generates a new OTP every 30 sec, and there's a little bar along the top that shows where it is in the 30-second generation cycle. If you open it to get an OTP for MFA on sign-in and you see that the 30 seconds' validity period for the current code is nearly done you can wait a couple of seconds until a new code is generated, giving you a full 30 seconds of time to enter it.
Or if your problem is with something else, let us know.
