You can configure a Workflow Automation to send a password expiration reminder to a group of users at a configurable number of days in advance (ours is set to 21 days). The workflow can be scheduled to run at a single designated date/time, or daily (I would have liked more options, like weekly). And just be aware that this really only works for Okta-mastered accounts, not those mastered in Active Directory.
