Wondering if anyone knows how to setup an anyconnect VPN group for use OKTA SAML in a Cisco Firepower 2110 Threat Defense? (Software 6.5.0-115).

We do not have an out-of-the-box integration within our Okta Integration Network for Cisco Firepower 2110 Threat Defense, and this depends on what configuration are you trying to achieve.
If this application is used for VPN purposes in order to provide an MFA security layer, it should work without issues using our RADIUS Application.
As for a SAML integration, if the application supports SAML 2.0 you can add a Custom SAML Template in Okta and configure it as necessary.
