    Password Policies are assigned to Groups and then in order of Priority. You can see the policies at https://{your org}.okta.com/admin/access/policies. You can also go to https://{your org}.okta.com/admin/groups to see the list of groups, and then click in to each group to see who is in that group. Keep in mind that the Policy Priority will be the policy that the user adopts.
