Hi I have not worked with Liveops in almost a year,an I notice changes.Has there been an update on the schedule page where I am able to commit for general calls.The schedule page I have access to has not had anything open.

I'm not too sure, as Okta and Liveops are two separate companies. I would first reach out to your manager to see if they can assist you getting in contact with your IT Department. Hope this helps!
