Do Universal Directory customers have access to the Okta Users API?
We're a 3rd party software company, and an Okta Universal Directory customer has asked if our software can get their employee directory from Okta.
They don't have budget for a SCIM integration. However, if they're a Universal Directory customer, will they have (free) access to the Okta API? (Documentation seems to show rate limits for Developer accounts and One App / Enterprise level for Customer Identity Products, but not for Universal Directory customers.).
If so -- does anyone know what the API rate limits are for University Directory customers?

To answer your question, there are no special rate limits for Universal Directory specifically. I went ahead and looked for documentation and concluded the rate limits currently in place, are the ones that are found in the public documentation.

The Okta API access depends on whether that feature is enabled, but it is likely that they do. It does have a cost.
