Password Sync vs Delegated Authentrication
I have recently tried to switch from Delegated Authentication to Password sync but am finding that the syncing of passwords is not working.
I have followed the steps outlined here: https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Directory/Security_Using_Sync_Password.htm
If anyone could provide some clarification on this setup and if the password sync agent is required despite the Prerequisites in the link above stating it is not supposed to be installed.
Also does anyone know if I switch back to Delegated Authentication if Okta will notify all users like it did when I turned it off (not desirable at this time).
