I got new mobile, now how to see the barcode in my computer to connect with this new mobile for OKTA? When I click MFA Enrollment, it is showing my old mobile to send push. Can anyone help me please!
I want to configure for my new phone and erase old phone configuration.
Go to Settings -> Account -> Extra Verification and then reset your desired factor. If you're unable to login to make this change you'll need to have one of your administrators reset it for you.
This is why you should enroll in more than one MFA factor, if possible, on different platforms. Once you have enrolled in any MFA factor, Okta automatically increases security on your profile settings by requiring MFA to make any changes. If Okta Verify is the only factor your account is enrolled in and you lose or replace the device you used to enroll, you will be unable to satisfy the MFA prompt to edit your profile and enroll your new device. In these situations, only your administrator can clear your existing Okta Verify enrollment, leaving no enrollments, and you can again edit your profile (with no MFA prompt) and enroll your new device. Having multiple MFA factors enrolled allows you to satisfy an MFA prompt even if your mobile device is replaced.
