If i enable Secondary Email option (https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/How-do-I-allow-end-users-to-receive-password-reset-or-activation-notifications-in-a-secondary-email-address) will all users (existing) also prompted to add secondary email?

Hello Petri,
This is Vasi with Okta support team , I just tested out and the existing user will be able to update their Secondary Email from their own dashboard Under settings option. They can click on Edit profile and under Personal Information section they can add their Second email . Once they did add that and activate it in Okta, both primary and secondary email will receive the Password reset emails or Unlock ones if you allow them.
