In Mac Safari, even after installing the OKTA plugin, it still asking to install the same when we open okta homepage. Please advice.

This will require further investigation why it is happening and a case will be needed to work on this.
What can be tested at this time is to see if the same behavior is happening in incognito browser.
Also is his happening on corporate network or personal wifi as well?
Can also be checked that once installed the user clicked on the plugin to select Trust if they are asked to?
