Org2Org App - push groups not working
Hello,

We are setting up Org2Org application and are not able to successfully push groups.

We either get an error: "Unable to update Group Push mapping target App group 'group name'" No additional details are provided in the error and no details are shown in the Okta system logs.

Or we get stuck in the pushing status. We have waited over 30 minutes after retrying the push with no success.

 

How do we resolve this?

    The support team should be contacted for help with this error as the treoubleshooting process is not best suited for this forum. You can open a support case from the Okta admin console under "help and training".
