MFA usage report blank for active users
Why is the "Last Enrolled" and "Last Used" column in the MFA usage spreadsheet report blank for active MFA users ?
- OktaA.21583 (Customer)Not sure about Last Enrolled, but I figured that Last Used would be blank if the user had configured that particualar second factor, but had not used it. For instance, if the user had configured both Okta Verify and Security Question, but always used the Security Question, then the Enrollments would have dates, but Last Used would be blank for second factor Okta Verify.Expand Post
