Unable to automatically redirect on client machine
I am currently unable to automacally redirect for single sign on for the IWA Authentication.

When manually entering the redirect link the following errors show up in the Admin dashboard

Invalid IWA SSO redirect token

SSO_AUTHENTICATION_FAILURE

Any information on what the issue would be greatly appreciated.

  • You likely do no thave your GatewayIP address added in the Gateway IP list.  Go to a site like: http://ip-lookup.net/  from the machine having the issue.

This will give you your public/WAN IP (IP of your company gateway).  This address needs to be in the list.

    Check that and try again.
