Push groups not working correctly with Box
I am using push groups to send our AD groups from OKTA into Box. This process seems to work ok, except the groups don't always show up accurately on the Box side. Sometimes, the group is created in Box without any members even though these members are assigned Box via individual or group assignment. Is there a permission issue that does not pass certain users? The groups are accurate in OKTA but not in Box. Any info would help. Thanks

    Just to check, are all the users in Okta, and activated in Okta? Otherwise Okta will not pass that group and all the users down to Box.

    We had this problem, too. What fixed it for us is to make sure every user has an External ID listed on their app assignment. Also, check to make sure you are not using the SAML Push Group Method. You have to pick either the SAML Push Group method or the Manage Box Groups through Push Groups.
